1What you get

BrokeNeck Audio plugins (the plugin, the standalone app and the included files) are licensed to you, not sold. For a paid product, one purchase lets you use it as one person, on the computers you personally use (for example a studio desktop and a laptop). A paid product may include a free trial; after it ends, the audio is muted until you activate a purchased license key. Free products may be installed and used on any computers you use, for any music, at no cost.

2What you may not do

• Share, sell, rent, lend or publish a license key or the plugin files.
• Redistribute any product, alone or bundled with anything else. Sharing the official free download link is welcome.
• Remove or bypass any license check, or help anyone else do so.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the products, except where the law says you may.

3Your music is yours

Anything you record, mix or release using BrokeNeck Audio products belongs to you. No royalties, no credit required.

4No warranty

The products are provided “as is”, without any warranty. We do our best to make them reliable, but we do not promise that they are free of bugs or fit your particular use. Always keep backups of your projects.

5Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, BrokeNeck Audio is not liable for any damage or loss (including lost data, lost profits or damaged equipment) that comes from using or not being able to use its products. If we are found liable anyway, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the product.

6Ending this agreement

This license ends automatically if you break these terms. When it ends, stop using the product and delete it.

7Everything else

If any part of this agreement is not enforceable, the rest still applies. This is the whole agreement between you and BrokeNeck Audio about its products. Each installer also includes the EULA for that product. Questions: brokeneckmusic@gmail.com.

1No tracking

This website uses no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. We do not collect personal data on this site, and fonts are served from this site, not from third parties.

2Payments and email

Purchases and free downloads go through Gumroad. Gumroad handles your payment details and email address under its own privacy policy. BrokeNeck Audio receives your email address and order details from Gumroad to deliver your download and provide support, and does not sell or share them.

3The plugins

Free plugins do not connect to the internet. Paid plugins only contact Gumroad to check a license key; no audio, files or other personal data are sent.
